A bad back, poor hip and knee joints, had for a number of years made walks in the many parks in our area a no no.
A Raptor has become my new set of legs, absolutely marvellous. However, my rather fit wife had great difficulty to keep pace with me on her mountain bike, even I going at minimum speed.
She has a Rainbow now, she likes to be just that bit more sporty. The change from a mountain bike she likes very much.
Now we regularly go for a spin through the parks around Wodonga and enjoy it immensely. It also gives us some exercise when we choose to pedal a bit as well. A flask with cool or hot drink makes it fun to sit down for a while. We can certainly recommend this type of new life style to anyone, who finds that walks are no longer a pleasure.
It has also surprised us that for our use the battery charge lasts much longer than anticipated. Also that the 200Watt motor is quite capable to take care of our rather undulating terrain; now and then we pedal a bit to make it even easier and to save battery power.
